This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

“Jen will reach out to whomever works with her client in school, or any other environment, in order to gain a complete picture… There truly are no words to express how much Jen has helped our son and what she means to our family. We would follow her to the moon and back if necessary.”

“You know when you can just look across the room at someone — without shaking or nodding your head —  and being able to communicate exactly what you are thinking to them? It’s very, very rare that someone —  a therapist —  gets to know you and your family so well that this is the case. But that is the person that Jen Pearlman is to our family.

Jen has worked with our son for more than eleven years — since he was 14 years old in a school environment —  through his transition to a young man and through her transition to a private practice. We would follow her to the moon and back if necessary.

I think that it is very significant that Jen began her years as a therapist in a school, because that gives her  accurate insight into the unique challenges that an adolescent may face in that environment. A therapist sees a person and that person’s interaction with his or her family, but that is only a part of what makes up the patient’s world. School is a significant component that cannot be ignored, and Jen will reach out to whomever works with that person in school, or any other environment, in order to gain a complete picture. Jen gets to know her patients and the family very well, as well as any significant others in her patient’s life, and she is thorough.

Jen is also very warm and loving and she is quick to smile and laugh. She also offers specific, concrete suggestions to help address particular issues and situations. Jen is intuitive, and she “reads a room” like no other therapist I have ever worked with. It’s hard to say if that is her best quality, but it’s at or near the top.

There truly are no words to express how much Jen has helped our son and what she means to our family. We are blessed that she was placed in our path, and we continue to be so twice a week every week.”
